Pride, Falls, & Signs

Howdy folks,

I like Oregon.

I like my trainer.

I love the Book of Mormon.

And I love being a servant of the Lord.

This week was amazing! It flew by!

I love the Lord so much, He is aware of each and everyone of us.

Our Heavenly Father hears our prayers and answers them,
and more than that He not only hears and answers our prayers
He WANTS to hear our prayers
and He WANTS to answer our prayers.

Which is why it truly is a sad thing when we don't pray
to our Father in Heaven because of pride or because we forget.

Now I'd like to speak somewhat concerning humility and pride.

Pride is the number one thing that I see holding people back.

In all things and of all the things I have seen in my short time here

pride and being prideful is the most damning.

There are so many promised blessing waiting for people

if they would just open and read the Book of Mormon and pray to know if it is true.

There are so many promised blessing for: church, praying, and baptism.

But because people are too prideful to even ask God

if they should let us teach them more about the restored gospel of Jesus Christ

or to pray about the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon they cant progress in the beautiful plan God has laid out for you and for me and for everyone.

Don't let pride hold you back :) go to your Heavenly Father for all things with a humble heart!

He wants you to pray to Him because He love you!

He will make your weaknesses become strengths.

Highlight of the week:

We taught this man a lesson and afterward in his closing prayer he said,

"Please bless these two that they will have a good day, week, and even a good month. And please bless that they will have a good Valentine's Day."

I had to use all my might, mind, and strength to not start laughing in his prayer! Haha. Which is probably not good of me but I thought it was funny Haha.
